Yes, that's me in the front on the left.  I had to keep scratching myself to believe it was real!  After almost four months in the shelter, I had a home!  WOW!  I have a "brother", a Pitbull type named Elmo and a "sister", half Rat Terrier named Zoewe all have muppet names.  I instantly realized how lucky I was when I saw where I would live.  We have our own little door so we can go in and out of our own room!  When the weather is bad, we can stay inside where it's warm.  I love my peopleI show them all the time by giving them lots of kisses.  I learned to sit on command very quickly  and my people say I am really smart!  As you can probably see, we are very spoiled.  We snuggle with our people at night in the big dog bed.  It's nice and cozy.  I love to play tug-of-war with Elmo and Zoe.  We have a nice fenced yard to chase each other in, too.  Sometimes we go to a really big "dog" house and our people sit on VERY large "dogs" (horses?) with hooves and we all go out in the woods.  That is loads of fun because we just run and run!  My people say I fit right in because I am an adorable spotted pup and I act like a little clown.  I have funny faces that make my people laugh.  I'm so glad I have a homeI wish all the sweet animals at the shelter could find nice homes, too, where people love and adore them.  I'll keep you posted on my progressgotta run.  Love, Rosita (with the help of her people, Phil & LaDonna Clemmer

Hi!!!  My name is Willie, formerly Bubby. I was adopted almost 5 months ago.   I now live with my Mom, and 2 boys who really love me.  I have a dog sister, Abbie, and a feline brother, Velcro. We have a big, fenced back yard where I can run, play, and bark at everything that moves.   I am loved and so spoiled!!  I get to sleep on the beds, or on the back of the couch, where I can better protect my people and bark REALLY loud in the window sill.  I go to the groomer and then get to go to my Mom's office.  Everyone there always tells me how handsome I am.  I get lots of pets, and hugs there too, oh, and the laps there are just great for my size!!.    My Mom thinks I am terrific and my boys think I am fun and funny!!  I have treats every night, and sometimes I even get a little bite from their dinner.  I have car rides and my Mom says I will get to go to the mountains and play in the water this summer.  Mom says to tell you Thank you so much for allowing me to come and live with her and the family.  They are really happy I am here.  She says dogs adopted from the shelter are the absolute best!  I am glad I am one of them!  So are my people and my housemates.  Life is good now.
